For five years now we have received Food Safety Certification by Davis Fresh Technology. Davis Fresh Technology is a world-wide food safety certification company. Its stamp of approval means we are in complete compliance with more than a hundred very specific production and packing requirements designed to keep food products safe.

This food safety certification is not a requirement in our business. It's something we choose to do, and we spend a lot of extra time and money on it. Why? Because we know that by having these food safety measures in place, our employees have healthy working conditions and our customers get a safe product. 

It’s also our way of assuring buyers that in addition to excellent taste and consistency, we offer the safest produce possible.
